Vietnam feels like it is overflowing with all sorts of visual and sonic stimuli, packed to the gills with everything and anything, full of details, be it in the rich ornamentation of a quiet temple or the exuberance of the bustling market. Colours are intense and soothing at the same time; the vivid colours of the markets the warm textures of the wood and the fabrics. Green, red and gold, the man made shapes corresponding to the wild beauty of the surrounding natural world. A subtle relationship between humanity and the natural world, all the little, almost unnoticeable ways in which they come together.
