The mild presence of the Alps far away and out of the hustle and bustle we live in attracted us immediately. Weekend after weekend, from spring to late fall, we started to explore these places, which we hadn’t considered until then. Landscapes so immobile, that transform until they become unrecognisable with the weather. The climb, a tiring meditation marked by the sounds of the forest and the wind. Rushing water, ice geometries. The greeting of people met on the paths awakens a sense of equality that I haven’t felt in a while. Everyone is welcomed and embraced into the sacred arms of a majestic scenario.
