Portland’s See See Motorcycles

"I always try to offer something new and something that has a story.” Thor Drake, See See Motorcycle founder.

Rokon is a Rochester, New Hampshire-based motorcycle manufacturer that builds unusual 2-wheel-drive off-road motorcycles which are sometimes referred to as Moto-tractors. Known for their ability to go anywhere, the bizarre two-wheel drive motorcycle is considered the only true all-terrain vehicle on planet Earth. Sometimes referred to as Moto-tractors, the Rokon Trail-Breaker features two motors—one for each wheel. The front wheel can move faster than the back, but never vice versa. Since 1960, the Trail-Breaker has set the standard for Rokon.

Few years ago, Portland’s See See Motorcycles modded one of their own in collaboration with fellow Portlanders Danner Boots. According to the Field Mag, the PNW themed machine features various cosmetic and mechanical upgrades including the addition of a chainsaw mount and even cute evergreen on chrome paint job. The country orange accents are nice too. “I’m probably not the best manufacturer, but I think that what I have to offer is maybe an aesthetic overall package that works well. I always try to offer something new and something that has a story.” says Thor Drake, See See Motorcycle founder.
