Raising the stakes
An experiment to see what it takes to climb and ski the highest peak in North America
Free-ride skier Sage Cattabriga-Alosa and big mountain snowboarder Lucas Debari took a once in a lifetime chance and made an attempt to climb, ski and snowboard Denali, the highest peak in North America with a summit elevation of 20,310 feet above sea level. Sage and Lucas got some help from a huge cast of seasoned and professional climbers and ski mountaineers from the North Face Athlete Team. To see their whole Denali Experiment, click here.
