Halfway between Norway and Iceland there’s the Faroe Islands. The rugged and rocky surface combined with the crashing waves of the North Atlantic Ocean make for an otherworldly scenario. Scottish photographer Adam Burton has roamed through this country to find astonishing views and what sometimes seem to be a virgin destination.
