Talisca and Naife come from a urge. A urge to tell a story about one’s homeland: Dani and Octavio were born in the Canaries, life brought them away from their land. They went back and walked across all the islands from the archipelago, in order to re-discover their own home. Talisca is the tangible chronicle of their 40 days journey walking across the Canaries, the Naife is a symbol they chose to represent the forgotten traditional crafts of their harsh land, lying at the side of Spanish Sahara.
